From arrival in Hairmyres rapid access Gynaecology Clinic to the end of consultation, the entire team   made me very welcome, took time and great care to understand my issues and exceeded my expectations with regards to my individual treatment. It can be worrying to consult with health care professionals for gynaecological issues - please don’t be anxious. The nurses who meet you and assist in the treatment room are professional, lovely people -they will put you at ease right away. Dr Willocks is kind, knowledgable, will listen to you and is thorough - in my case   she kindly went above and beyond to treat me. It’s clear that they work well as a team in the treatment room and deliver a high level of patient centred care. A first class experience ... thank you very much.

Dear Loym,

Thank you for taking the time to recognise the professionalism of the staff; Dr Willocks and the team will be delighted to receive such fulsome praise.

It's really important for people to feel listened to and involved in their treatment and care, not to mention being treated with respect and sensitivity. We aspire to provide this level of person-centred care to all people accessing our services and it's really gratifying for staff to be told how well they have done this.

It will be my pleasure to share your feedback with Dr Willocks and the team.
