About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

The team were fantastic apart from the receptionist and the nurse that took my vitals. The receptionist put me on edge as she was unfriendly and abrupt, I couldn’t understand the first nurse who didn’t seem to be happy in her work but that’s where the bad part ended.

The rest of the team were fantastic and made me feel relaxed, they were very professional and I’m so glad they were the one’s doing the procedure!!! 😊

Dear Happy Man93,

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that your experience wasn’t excellent throughout as this is something we aspire to deliver as a team. I will share your observations with both the reception and nursing staff and stress the importance of making a good first impression to ensure our patients feel welcome and as relaxed as possible. I’m glad to see that you felt comfortable and reassured during your procedure and will feed this back to the team too.

Regards
