"Thank You"

I spend a lot of time in Northampton General under different departments and always get excellent service from the Surgeons down to the nurses. At present I am attending the Integrated Surgery Centre under Mr Vaingankar and his team, and everything has been very good. My appointment times have been kept and twice I was seen well before my time. In reply to another letter regarding parking, since the new system came into effect, whatever time I have an appointment, there is always plenty of room - unlike Kettering. I am also a Renal Transplant patient and after travelling for 23 years to and from Oxford, to now have a Renal Clinic in N'ton is wonderful and so are Drs Preston and Pickering.
