To date I have had a very good experience with the Physio, today though I was waiting for my near-me appointment for 25 min with no explanation as to why I was not being seen, after ringing which meant I was waiting a further 7 min to get through I was told some story which I was not convinced by the end result is I was unable to have my appointment, I was told the physio manage the caseload and are unable to come out of a session if this is the case then the system is not working and is failing patients this no means I will be waiting 6 weeks from my last appointment, I feel distressed and angry at this lack of respect for patients, we get text telling us about missed appointments what happens when its the other way around a wasted morning. Poor managemet of clients and poor communication does anyone care I doubt it so here we are.
