"A telephone appointment!"

About: Calder Community Practice Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust / NHS 111

(as a parent/guardian),

So today I called NHS 111 due to my daughter’s temperature being at 39.1 they then told me that they had be an appointment booked for a doctor to call me back within 2 hours, now 2 hours have passed and when I’m ringing the surgery it goes to voicemail.

Now we are talking about a 7 year old child, I’m absolutely gobsmacked I can’t get hold of the surgery I mean how disgusting is that.

I think it’s about time this surgery pulled their finger out and started doing their jobs properly!

Looks like a trip to A&E!
