Visited A&E with my 15 month old and was expecting a lengthy wait which turned not to be too long. I had to be referred to the eye department. I was contacted within 24 hours and offered an appointment within days. I considered that to be very quick. When I attended the appointment the nurses were lovely with my son. I was seen quickly and the Dr was brilliant.
I had to commend them on the service and I anticipate there are many a complaint but I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with. Thank you for taking such good care of my son.
