"William Harvey ward - Basildon Hospital"

For the first time ever I have been really disappointed with the care treatment nurses have provided someone in my family. The night nurses (day were fine) on William Harvey ward in basildon really need to be reviewed. My elderly mother asked for a blanket, never came, asked for medication, ignored. She said she found them cold towards her and horrifically, dreads the nighttime now. So sad. I hope others see this who have loved ones in the same ward so we can build up a case to force an investigation. I should note, every other ward/nurses at Basildon hospital have been fine.
