In September 2007, I was admitted to the Royal Bolton Hospital's ward M1 for a hysterectomy. The ward staff were very respectful and put me at ease. However, the shortage of staff was evident, with patients having to wait some length of time for treatment.
Thank you to the ward sister & staff - they did a marvellous job with limited resources.

Sometimes there are waits if the staff are particularly busy and we apologise for this. However we're very pleased to hear that you were happy with the staff's care and will let them know what you have said.
