"Day eye surgery unit experince"

I had cataract surgery today; all the staff on the unit at Raigmore today we're friendly, calm and reassuring. They currently have additional cleaning responsibilities in-between patients and procedures, and patients have to attend on their own, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They all went above and beyond to spend time relaxing patients, ensuring everyone had the information they needed and had asked the questions they wanted to. The staff dedication made what could have been an unpleasant experience a positive one.
