Got a covid 19 screen before my cataract procedure. Coming for the test ward 18 is not well sign posted unless you know where it is. Once at the building there are well placed signs directing you to the entrance to testing area.
At the test was thoroughly questioned and then brought in to be tested.
Not to be disrespectful of staff but the staff member who tested me I would think may be in need of a wash. Maybe it was a particularly bad day but the smell of body odor was over powering. Their manner was lovely but I felt like they should pay more attention to personal hygiene given they are representing the NHS.
All my instructions were given and I left for home to isolate until my procedure. Came in and got my cataract done what a wonderful result. The staff were all amazing and caring.
Thank you to our amazing NHS
