Even in the stress of the current climate, the care I received in Ipswich Hospital today went way beyond what I had hoped for. All staff were attentive and explained everything in detail, and I always felt listened to and cared for. They were were highly professional and caring people. I cannot thank them enough. I would like to say a special thank you to the nurse who looked after me after my operation in Lavenham ward.
