"Just a letter"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology (wards 15/28 & 20/21)

(as a service user),

I received a letter form Dr Siebert (The Royal hospital Glasgow, Rheumatology) with such informative details in it around what they had found, and what was being planned on how to deal with it and even what may have caused it that I felt compelled to comment.  Not only was my mind put at ease because of the details with the letter but he had covered every angle that needed to be covered.  Having this information written down really does make such a difference and I just appreciate this type of communication so much, possibly more so in the present climate.  Thank you people like Dr Siebert, and my GP (Dr Thomson) for being so on the ball, it is very much appreciated
