Wonderful!! Staff are amazing, caring, professional and follow safe ways of working. Totally put at ease from the moment I stepped on the ward. Showed me respect, maintained my dignity, provided good communication and listened. Nothing was too much for any of them.
Can not thank you enough for all the support you have given me. You should all be proud of what you do especially having to deal with the pandemic risks. Same goes for the staff on duty when i attended the same ward Dec 2020. Would not hesitate to go here again for treatment if needed even though I have to travel from Blackpool.
