"No help. "

"Time to Talk are friendly and approachable services offering talking therapies to people who are struggling with:

Stress, Worry and General Anxiety

Depression

Panic Attacks and Agoraphobia

Phobias

Social Anxiety

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Health Anxiety

Post Natal Depression

Low Self Esteem or Low Confidence

Relationship difficulties

Bereavement and Reactions to Loss

Managing a long term condition (Time to Talk Health)"

My GP recommended this service after I had been let down by every mental health charity and exhausted many other options. I waited weeks for my first appointment and after my 1st appointment they said they could not help me because of my depression and anxiety!?

Useless, pointless service. I have absolutely no where to get help. The mental health support in the UK is a joke. No wonder so many commit suicide.
