I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The care I have received since then has been truly exceptional. Every part of the NHS I have had contact with has been great. They have kept me informed with correspondence and support at my local specialist GP surgery. South Park surgery in Macclesfield have been excellent. Thanks to everybody, particularly the dietician.
