"Disappointed with consultant at City hospital Urology"

I attended Nottingham City hospital's Urology outpatients department in order to discuss my bladder problem with my consultant. I was taken aback that the consultant thought that it was my first time at the clinic when in fact it was my second. He had my notes in front of him with all the information from the initial appointment several months before. My doctor had requested a second consultation because my problems are long-standing and showing no signs of improvement, despite various medications - it is very debilitating.

I left the hospital feeling disappointed, without any reassurance.
