"Thanks for the hard work."

I would just like to thank all the staff of Brayford Medical practice for all the hard work and commitment that they have put in to the care of patients over the past year during the pandemic. Today I had my Covid19 vaccination and to get me and other patients to that point will have taken staff at the Practice many hours of sifting through records to see who is eligible and when. The reception and administration staff have been staggeringly hard working and patient over the past 12 months. I have had the benefit of being under the excellent care of the Practice nurses and have been reassured by the fact that a doctor's appointment is usually available the same day that one is needed. Again, the doctors listen and assess needs carefully.Everyone has been under a lot of pressure this year in particular..... the staff at the Practice have really gone above and beyond to help.
