About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I just want to write to congratulate everyone working in the vaccine centre at the Ulster hospital. It is so smoothly run. All the staff were so pleasant and kind, even under the current pressures they are facing with high demand and the volume of vaccines they deliver daily. I want to mention Wendy working in the observation bay. She was so pleasant and friendly, making jokes and putting patients at ease, who I’m sure are worried about getting the vaccine.
