"Massive area to cover but professional always "

Today I was just having a medication review which was done over the telephone due to the pandemic it was excellent by a Dr I do not know but even so he was fantastic I do believe in the future if possible lots of appointments would work easier for Patients and staff if we could do them by phone app .I have been coming to this practice many many years the receptionists do a fantastic job while they have to sit there and take plenty of abuse from some patients for reasons that they have no control over . I cannot praise them enough and the Drs I see one Female nurse practitioner is fantastic always puts me at ease and knows how to help people without just dishing out meds .All the drs have always been kind and helpful I haven’t had a problem with any of them .This area covers many many patients so their arnt always appointments when you would like but if you let the receptionist know what the problem is they are always helpful I would say they go up and beyond their role many times .Most people are quick to complain when they believe they have had bad treatment but forget to compliment when they do get treated well Always 5⭐️From me well done keep doing the great job you all do .-Tina
