"South Lanarkshire Council Social worker"

For the last month I have been trying to get in contact with Social work in East Kilbride regarding my mother moving from North Lanarkshire to South Lanarkshire, To try and get home care services she requires in place for move to new flat.

I have phoned 6 times in last 2 weeks firstly to be told be by very abrupt person on phone that this would involve 6 weeks money to be paid for transfer of care and nothing could be started until we got North Lanarkshire to request and give details and they ended call.

The last few times have called have been transferred to wrong department no less than 4 times never getting to correct department.

All during this my mum is sitting in a property which could be unsuitable for her current mobility having to negotiate stairs all this while she a falls risk
