This practice seems to have increased efficiency and become far easier to contact since the Covid crisis. Going on line has improved its service. I think the numbers of patients who cannot use the internet are decreasing as time goes on and the grim reaper takes its toll! However I know there are still some who have no internet access and the telephone is their only means of communication. Perhaps some thought should be given to their problems in getting in touch? Overall my experience dealing with the practice has been very positive.
