About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as the patient),

I attended the Ulster Hospital for my first vaccine. I received a warm greeting as soon as I entered the building. I was quickly directed to the Reception desk where I completed the green sheet. Then moved into a waiting area. 

Within two minutes I was directed to Nurse Stephanie. After confirming the details I had completed I received my vaccine. I then checked out at the second reception desk. As I had got dropped off I didn't need to wait 15 mins. I have to say that the whole system was well set out, and all staff/ meet and greet, were very pleasant and helpful.
