What an utterly diabolical service provided. Found absolutely no humans to make an appointment for my 82 year old father to have his stent removed from his kidney. 16 numbers in all given to make this appointment and not one person can help hence appointment still not made. My father came out of hospital a few days ago and is supposed to have the stent removed within one week. What an absolute shambles.
