"Great experience at Patrick Clements Sexual Health Clinic"

I visited have visited this clinic three times now for vaccinations and STI tests. I have multiple chronic conditions, so I see a lot of nurses, doctors and healthcare facilities, and honestly this is the most welcoming centre with the nicest staff I have ever seen in a healthcare setting.

I am used to normally having to stand up for myself and having to be assertive when it comes to my health and access to services, however at this clinic, I have never felt like this is needed. The staff here are always openly enthusiastic about seeing me and are very good at explaining complicated medical concepts to a layperson. The are very good at forming a trusting relationship with me as a patient, and I always leave this clinic with a smile and a warm feeling inside.

I would particularly like to thank nurse Joycelyn and doctor Fahad for their great service and advice. In my pre-appointment screening call, I also spoke to another doctor who seemed very caring and whose advice was very helpful - I think her name might have been Martha. Please pass on my thanks to all of them.
