I think we have the best GP practice! We are so lucky. Pre and during Covid, just never a problem to access, phone, get appointments. I know via my own work that this is not always the case and really feel for patients who struggle to get in touch with their surgery. So grateful to our amazing GP practice team! Particularly the consistently helpful and informative receptionists.

The attached healthcare team at  a different practice (health visitor Anne and nursery nurses Kirsty and Pauline) are exceptional and have helped us invaluably. Thank you so much.

It is really encouraging and much appreciated to get such positive feedback about general practice and, in particular, praise for our extremely hard working reception teams..General Practice is the first point of contact for most clinical problems and our reception teams and practices are constantly working very hard to ensure that patients can continue to access the right support, services and advice particularly during this difficult period.

Fortunately as we move forward from COVID we are now able to see more patients face to face although some new ways of working particularly telephone consultations have been highlighted as a valuable alternative by many.
