"Compassion and warmth of staff"

About: Dorset County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Today I visited the Early Pregnancy Unit at DCH. Although my story does not have an happy outcome, I cannot thank the staff for their warmth and compassion towards me.

I felt so very comfortable in their safe hands and every member of staff I saw was excellent. Not only was I given all of the information and time I needed, I also felt treated like an individual even though the staff must have to give bad news regularly, the service felt very personal.
