I would like to give feedback to a Dr Thibault who was working at A&E when my daughter presented with a septal access.
Dr Thibault acted with kindness and a brilliant bedside manner as my daughter was anxious. He also attended the following day at the surgical ward to reassure her.
My daughter is now at home recovering and thanks to his compassion and great care she will make a full recovery.
