I am so glad I found this service which was sent to me by a friend. I started bleeding over the weekend and rang their 24 hr free helpline and they called me back within the hour at 2am. They asked me to come down to the hospital and did many checks Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage but the staff were incredible. They brought me back 3 times that week to check me over and take blood tests and a lovely, caring nurse rang me to ask how I was. What an amazing NHS service and I am so thankful for all their help.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. The Trust has introduced a behavioural framework within which all staff members provide care and ensure a safe and pleasant environment so it was reassuring to read that you found all staff were supportive and caring and that your experience throughout this difficult time for you has been a positive one. I can assure you that we have passed on your feedback to Dr Rohna Kearney, Clinical Head of Division for Gynaecology, Ms Chris Ashworth, Acting Divisional Director and Mrs Cath Bartlett, Head of Nursing who will be delighted to share your feedback with the staff involved.
