"This practice needs looking into! "

Every experience I have with this practice is an awful experience which makes me believe that the majority of these reviews are fake I have never heard anyone say a good word about this practice, I often have to call this practice in regards to my nan who’s 83 with dementia and Parkinson’s and they are absolutely awful.. the receptionists are down right rude and the doctors tell you something different every time you speak with them, they don’t review people’s medication and haven’t even bothered to contact us considering my nans recently been discharged from hospital with several medication changes with no explanation as to what these changes are on the discharge form surely that’s the doctors job to insure people with dementia get the appropriate support needed..
