"Losing confidence in the service"

I have had 5 appointments this year.
Two times, no-one has turned up and two times they have turned up more than 30 minutes late. The other time - probably about 20 minutes late (but that is on the border of someone might still be coming).
This follows the "too busy to see you" holiday period, or from my perspective, the "highly challenging and stressful" holiday period.
It is hard to know at what point to accept no-one is coming out. It certainly makes you feel isolated and hopeless.

I am the Complaints and PALS Manager working in a corporate, non-clinical setting and am responsible for administering the responses on the Patient Opinion website for our Trust.
