Hospital requested GP to arrange for further cardiac related tests which were completed by the end of January. Telephoned Hospital in May to enquire about appointment to discuss test results. Was informed by Hospital that they have not received results. Have been waiting 4 months for nothing.
Emailed practice in the morning requesting explanation, nothing forthcoming. Telephoned in late afternoon asking to speak to Practice Manager. Was put on hold, I ended the call after waiting 10 minutes. Six minutes later confirmation of results emailed to Hospital.
Phoned back later asked to speak to the Practice Manager for an explanation, was told they were on another call, requested a callback, no response after an hour!
Nobody seems to takes any responsibility for what happens in this practice.
"This needs sorting out."
