(as the patient),

I broke my elbow on a slide by falling off.  I went to the hospital and I felt scared.  The man that helped me was very nice and kind.  The person who did the x-ray looked a bit serious but still helped me.  I needed to wear a sling for a while.  Thank you to everyone who helped me.  I was only 4.

Dear BraveBoy,

I am sorry to hear that you broke your elbow falling off a slide. I hope it is not too sore. It is amazing that we can look inside your skin to see the bones with an xray, although I agree with you that it can be a bit scary.

It sounds like you were indeed a big brave boy for someone who is 4, well done you, and thank you for telling us about your trip to the hospital. Hope your elbow feels better soon
