*When you call in, some of the receptionists are rude and dismissive
*They take forever to answer a call. They are very hard to reach. For example today I called them, I was 9th in the queue and waited almost 50 minutes on the phone before I managed to speak to a receptionist. Another time I called, there was no queue, but I still end up waiting for 15 minutes before someone picked up...
*They do not have any online presence (you cannot book anything online, you cannot read about their practice particular policies anywhere, you need to call in for info, and again: it takes forever to speak to anyone!)
*Appointments are never available, you have to wait weeks to see the GP, unless your problem is classed as urgent. Example: I called for several bookings: smear, vaccinations when travelling abroad etc. Every time my experience had been horrible. Smear test: they told me to call again in 2 weeks because their system does not take bookings that far in advance and they are fully booked, when I called in 2 weeks there were no slots available again. For the vaccination, I called 2 months before my travel, receptionist quite rudely told me that I should have obviously called sooner, as they are fully booked!
