It is always difficult to complain about the NHS yet when its bad its truely cruelly seriously b. a. d.
Offhand. Unbelievably noisy. Overheated. Unsafe. And staffed with what seemed to be very young inexperienced staff at ward level and with rather arrogant at the higher level... Nightmare!
