(as a service user),

I would like to thank the 3 people in the Louth Endoscopy Unit who made my visit as relaxed as possible and took the time to fully explain my procedure to me. Yvonne, Glenn and their other team member (sorry I can't remember her name) all went over and above in their customer care which was fully appreciated! The fact I was told beforehand that Glenn had also undergone the procedure himself helped as I knew he understood exactly how it felt! And they still managed to make me laugh through it!
