I wanted to say a massive thank you to the teams of both Ward 5 and Ward 3 Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline. 

After a not so pleasant start to my hospital journey things were completely different once I transferred to QMH initially into ward 5. 

Nothing was too much trouble and there was never a shortage of compassionate caring staff to lift my spirits. I received nothing but first class care from all of the team. The goal was to get me well enough to return home to my husband and most importantly to my cat. The Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists helped me achieve this goal. 

My time in Ward 5 was followed by a short stay in Ward 3 to await my care package becoming available. Again I have nothing but praise for this ward. 

I know the NHS are facing difficult times. However at no point did the staff let this show when caring for me.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide this wonderful feedback, we will make sure this post is shared with the teams, including OT and Physio.

Kelly and Elaine along with their teams strive to provide a high standard of care and it is uplifting for them to be part of your successful journey home.
