"Rude staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I went in to the A&E regarding severe abdominal pains, the nurses at the hospital were extremely rude and completely apathetic... It may not be a serious problem compared to others but there is no need to be rude to patients and tell them that their problem isn’t a big deal, you don’t know what someone could be going through so a little empathy would be nice to see from the nurses at the hospital.
