I called HRI Huddersfield, Pathloloy depatment to find out least busy time for my blood test. I asked the question about the least busy time during a day for blood test. I asked because on a previous occasion when I turned up for an X ray appointment I was advised to go back as there was a long waiting list. I wanted to avoid waiting for a long period.
Without any explanation the person who answered the phone repplied 'I don't know' and sopke to me in a tone which signalled me that I have asked the wrong question and should shut up. I ended the call but felt that this person should have more cutomer focused and helpful. I hope that you'll take this issue to improve your customer care response. Thanks.
