About: Ninewells Hospital / Acute Surgical Receiving Unit

(as a service user),

The staff at ward 9 Ninewells were the most personable, conscientious and kind NHS workers I have ever encountered. They spoke with me about everything that was happening and answered so many questions that I had. 

They were quick to send me to MRI and got back my results instantly. Both nurses and consultants alongside physiotherapist corresponded with each other and made sure I understood everything that was happening. 

I cannot thank you enough for all your support and kindness

Thank you very much for taking the time to share the positive experience that you encountered whilst you were in ward 9 at Ninewells. It is really encouraging to hear that the staff communicated with you and kept you up to date in a very compassionate and person centered manner.
