"Urology appointment"

I took my father to appointment as he had issues with his prostrate. We were dealt with by the most patient, pleasant and thoroughly professional Nurse Kathryn. She was so good with my elderly dad who is very deaf as well and showed the utmost patience with him. She explained everything so well making it easy to understand. I feel she deserves recognition for how she deals with patients especially the elderly. She treated my dad, in my opinion like she would her own grandfather and that means a lot to me. I would like her to be made aware of my feedback as she should know how good a job she is doing.
