"Day Surgery"

I attended  Belfast City Hospital for a day procedure. I was anxious about the procedure but all the staff quickly put me at ease.  The staff were friendly and welcoming and  staff nurse Margaret had such a lovely bedside manner. Special thanks also to Alison, Courtney  Jo and Michaela. There were many other members of staff whose names I can't remember but whose friendliness was also very much appreciated. I noticed that staff were busy  but always had time for their patients and really seemed to enjoy their work.

Another amazing team that deserves recognition is the staff from  interventional  radiology. A special thank you to Carol  who kept me calm and  informed throughout the procedure.
