"Was great but now simply not fit for service"

About: De Parys Medical Centre

I understand that the doctors are under pressure and short staffed.

But was on hold for over 40 mins and never moved in the queue. Trying to get an appointment to be seen is almost impossible.

Good afternoon

We apologise for the problems you are experiencing. Please be reassured that we are working hard to recruit patient support staff to answer the telephones and are looking at innovative ways to increase appointment capacity. We are also reviewing the use of sms text to advise patients to make an appointment as this increases frustration for patients.
