In the New Year my mother was taken to Solihull Hospital seriously ill. The care she was given during her time on Ward 18 was excellent. One particular Staff Nurse has the presence of what nursing used to be like decade ago. She was professional, calm, efficient and caring. Fellow members, another Staff Nurse along with a trainee Nurse were kind and caring. The doctor was an absoulute gentleman (according to my mother) as was another doctor, whose thoughtfulness and consideration gave my mother relief from pain. As a family we cannot thank these staff members enough for taking such great care of our mother. They were very patient with us as family members and explain about the care being provided to our mother. Thank you all so very much!
