Anything else?
Recently my 95 year old great uncle was taken to A and E with acute sepsis and then was treated on AAU Strathmore Wing, The doctros and nurses who cared for him were ecxellant and worked very hard to improve hs condition. Nothing was too much trouble , when he improved enough to be able to speak and grumble they did theyre best to encourage him to eat and drink . Requesting whatever he fancied from the kitchen.Although very frail he has now been able to go back to his care home with his wife of 92. As a staff nurse myself i am aware of exactly how busy the staff were however my Uncle could not have had better care and i would not have wanted him go go to another hospital. Many thanks to the Sister and her team.
