About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I attended the fracture clinic at Wishaw General Hospital on 12/10 about an ongoing lower limb issue. I was seen by Ms Crighton who was very caring, compassionate and empathetic towards my injury. Throughout the assessment, I felt assured and informed, and also confident in whatever recommendations were given to me about the next steps- both during the appointment (X-rays) and also moving ahead (scope for further scans in the near future).

Miss Crighton made me feel comfortable throughout and made the whole in-hospital experience pleasant, simple and straight-forward with no dramas or concerns from my perspective.

I am extremely grateful for this and I am confident that the next steps recommended by her will be the correct ones.
