About: The Wells Road Centre

(as a service user),

I think the staff have done a fantastic job, due to covid they have managed a difficult time with staff shortages. I want to say although things have been difficult they have got better. I would suggest staff are given a little reward. Something like a buffet or a certificate from lister ward telling them we appreciate all they do.

hi, Thank you for posting and sharing your gratitude to the staff on the ward. You are very right, staff have worked so hard throughout the pandemic and have shown so much commitment. It has to be said also that patients in secure care have also been amazing managing the uncertainty and changes you have face daily, so thank you also for working with us.

We are unable to offer food due to the pandemic but I will certainly look at what we can do to thank staff and will make sure they are aware of your posting so thank you for sharing

Have just read your posting and want to thank you for a well deserved recognition of all staff at the WRC during the COVID pandemic.

The National restrictions have been leading the way with what needs to be in place, but I am aware that the staff and patients together have worked so hard to make the experience for everyone a safe and pleasant environment to be in and deliver the best care possible during these times.

It is really great to hear that this has been appreciated
