"Timely response"

I have found the team at Knock medical center to be so helpful anytime I need to get in contact. The Doctors are very responsive and I have always been able to get in touch with the surgery despite the pressures which alot of Gp surgeries have been under recently. 

When abroad my daughter became unwell and I was not sure what to do. Needing advice I called the surgery at 4pm on a Friday. I was so grateful for the timely response, the kindness and advice which was given. 

In a time when GP surgery's are getting alot of criticism I just want to say thank you for your continuing care and that all your hard work is really appreciated.
