"Southampton General Hospital F5 ward"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital / Accident and emergency Southampton General Hospital

(as the patient),

In the early hours of Thursday Morning I drive myself to A&E daunted by what may be causing my deteriorating, when I got to Winchester A&E I was treated with kindness and reassurance and I felt calm at a point when panicking would have been much easier. I was transferred to SGH and moved to ward F5 I was given nothing less then first rate care. The treatment I received was first class and the staff were a testament to the NHS, they were kind and thoughtful. The only negative comment I have is that they clearly were understaffed and very busy. This isn't fair on them as they don't control all the cuts that keep happening.

Please help support the nurses and doctors that made me feel better.

To those on the F5 ward at the beginning of March 2013 I salute you! !
