(as the patient),

The nursing and medical staff on “lyd” ward, Derriford Hospital were all kind and helpful, smiling and happy - all gratefully accepted when presented with a nervous patient.

Prior to the above (outpatient) appointment the reception staff and doctors/nurses treated me with care, respect and understanding at the General Practice - “abbey” in Tavistock. I am impressed with the TRAC system.
