I’ve been referred to the team at Northwick Park hospital Early Pregnancy Unit since early August and the team have been absolutely amazing and phenomenal. They are very caring, attentive, and informative with everything that I need. Most importantly their follow ups have been great! They call to confirm appointments and if they havent heard from you they will call up to check. They also really look after your mental wellbeing and so supportive. I haven’t received this level of care for a long time.  Now I have been discharged from the unit and wanted to say a big Thank you!!

Thank you so much for posting about the care you have received in the last few months from the Early Pregnancy Unit.

It is great to hear that the staff in the unit have been so caring and attentive, going so far as to call to check on you should they not have heard from you. I will ensure that I share your kind feedback with the senior staff responsible for the unit so that they know the team are living up to the HEART values that we have here in the Trust.
